Gabriela Jauregui (born 1979) is a Mexican writer, poet and critic. He was born and grew up in Mexico City. He earned an MFA from UC Riverside, an MA from UC Irvine and a Ph.D. in comparative literature from the University of Southern California. He has published extensively in English and Spanish, including the Control Decay poetry collection (2008) and the collection of short stories, La memoria de las cosas (2015). He was also one of the co-authors of Taller de taquimecanografía (2012). She is the co-founder of the independent publishing house.
